Andrew has significant experience working in Employment Law and Human Resources, providing advice and assistance and working in partnership with a variety of businesses and organisations, ranging from SME’s to multi-national corporations. I am well aware of the complexities that businesses face when managing employment relationships and provide pragmatic and commercial advice.
With extensive hands-on knowledge of dealing with HR and Employee Relations/Employment Law issues such as absence management, capability/performance management, change management, disciplinaries, equal opportunities and discrimination, grievances, recruitment, restructures, terms and conditions of employment, TUPE, training, along with defending and managing Employment Tribunal claims.
