• Definition of the terms “Disciplinary and Grievance”.
• Overview and update of current Employment Law relating to Disciplinary and Grievance issues, including ACAS Statutory Code of Practice.
• Effective use of your in-company policies and procedures in relation to managing performance and conduct
• Best practice documentation​

Location

The course will be held at a Peterborough venue. The day will commence at 9.30a.m. (Registration 9.00a.m) and close at 4.30p.m.

Cost

Telephone Employment Law and Employment Law Service Clients £135 + VAT per delegate.
Non Clients £170 + VAT per delegate.
Fee is inclusive of lunch and refreshments.
