It maps the employment relationship from recruitment, through performance/conduct management and handling grievances, to them leaving the organisation. The day is spent exploring best practice strategies for enhancing your organisation’s reputation as a good employer in your industry.

Proper handling of the employee/employer relationship:
• Exploring the role and responsibilities of the Leadership team
o Managing the Managers – setting the right “tone from the top”

• Your role in handling performance and conduct issues

o Staff grievances
When the relationship comes to an end:
• Considerations when restructuring the business
• The impact of downsizing/redundancies or TUPE transfers

Location
The course will be held at a Peterborough venue. The day will commence at 9.30a.m. (Registration 9.00a.m) and close at 4.30p.m.
